Refund Policy

Under Polish Consumer Rights Act Art. 38(13) and EU consumer law, the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply once delivery of digital content has begun, provided the buyer has expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged the loss of the withdrawal right.

In practice this means e-books and other digital files are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered or the download has started, except where required by applicable law.

If a file is corrupted, materially different from the description or impossible to download, please contact us — we will fix the problem, send a new file, or issue a refund where required by law.

Deposits paid to reserve a date are non-refundable by default.

Date changes are accepted once, free of charge, if requested at least 14 days before the scheduled training.

Later changes or cancellations forfeit the deposit unless the organiser decides otherwise.

In-person trainings are not a digital service and are not subject to the same withdrawal regime as e-books.

Complaints can be sent to anastasiiacooking@gmail.com within 14 days of identifying the issue. We respond within 14 days.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within up to 14 working days.
